Dr. Durga G Rao, co-founder and Medical Director
Leading Oasis as Medical Director is Dr. Durga Rao, a specialist in reproductive medicine and minimally invasive surgery with over 10 years of experience in the field in UK and Canada. Dr. Durga underwent her professional training in the UK, and practiced there for a number of years. She later earned a Fellowship in Infertility and Minimal Access Surgery from McGill University, Canada.
Dr. Durga has conducted and attended various conferences and seminars around the world, and has several publications to her name in the field of fertility medicine and research.
Her qualifications:

- Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG), UK
- Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics (DGO) from the University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh, India

Dr. Durga relocated to India in January, 2009, in order to use her expertise for the benefit of women in India. At Oasis, she leads a team of qualified specialists in the fields of fertility and women's healthcare.
Dr.Durga is now one of the leading voices in the fertility industry and her individualized professional approach and care for the couples have resulted in creating many happy families. She has also been the pioneer in offering successfull IVM treatments and Oocyte Vitrificaton. She has been instrumental in making Oasis gain reputation in India as centre with trusted experts in fertility treatments
Mr. Kiran Gedela, co-founder and Managing Director
Kiran Gedela is an ex management consultant with over 14 years of international experience in the field of information technology and financial and fiscal management. He has over 8 years of experience working in top tier investment banks in the city of London.
He has worked in different capacities globally, as a data and business analyst, team lead, project manager in London. He has successfully managed large projects and has implemented several products and practices in the financial controlling space in Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland.
He has relocated back to India from UK in January 09 and has chosen Sadguru Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd. as his entrepreneurial venture. His role in the company if of the managing director heading and overseeing all the non-medical aspects of the company.
In just over 2 years of operations, he has steered the company to great success and has fast gained reputation as a quality healthcare service provider with a strong technology focus. In addition to Oasis as an initiative, he has been responsible in creating a unique and futuristic web based IVF information management solution called ARTis, which streamlines an IVF centre's processes and provided simple and effective management of fertility treatments for clinicians, embryologists and patients as well.
Dr. Krishna Chaitanya, Clinical Embryologist
A medical graduate from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. After this he has received his post graduate training in Reproductive Biology & Clinical Embryology from Monash University, Australia. In addition to various assisted reproductive techniques he has received special training in cryopreservation of gametes and embryos.
He is a specialist in Vitrification of embryos and oocytes. He is Passionate about human embryology and believes in continually exploring innovative approaches to increase success rates in IVF. He is currently undertaking collaborative research work with Department of Reproductive Biology, Monash Institute of Medical research, Australia. He is also the Indian Ambassador for Academic affairs, Department of Reproduction and Early human development, Monash institute of Medical Research, Australia. He is currently working on newer techniques in Oasis to improve the success rates of IVF in PCOD and recurrent IVF failures cases.
His main Areas of Interest are Cryobiology, In-vitro maturation of oocytes, Embryonic stem cells, Andrology & Men's health.
Dr. N Mallikarjuna Reddy, Consultant Urologist
Dr. N M Reddy is a highly accomplished urologist with over 15 years of work experience. As director of laparoscopy and teacher and Examiner he is responsible for the development of laparoscopic techniques and training the students of urology. .
As a faculty for the postdoctoral fellowship in Paediatric Urology I'm responsibility of training people in paediatric urology and developing the speciality in India. As consultant of laparoscopic and paediatric urology , Dr.Reddy has operated numerous technically challenging cases and managed them individually. He is actively involved in research for cost effective techniques in laparoscopic urology and also training techniques.
All of this is in addition to his experience in endourology which includes PCNL, Ureteroscopy, TURP . Dr.Reddy is a renowned speaker in the field of urology and is regularly invited as a speaker and faculty to many reputed institutions.

Dr Vidya Atluri, Consultant Infertility Specialist
Dr Vidya is a specialist in assisted conception with 10 years UK experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She underwent training in assisted conception at Guy's & ST Thomas hospital, London which is one of the leading fertility centers in UK and known for the excellence in clinical care. Throughout her training and practice in UK, Dr Vidya was recognised as an outstanding professional with high clinical standards and care.
Dr. Vidya possesses a strong desire and commitment to support and facilitate a couple's journey of fertility therapy through individualized and empathetic care.

Dr.Deepika Gupta, Gynaecologist
Dr. Deepika is a highly experienced gynaecologist working as a Medical Registrar in Oasis. She has over 14 years of experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is passionate about the women's healthcare and fertility.
A dedicated academic, she is constantly updating herself with the latest techniques of ART. Before joining Oasis she had received training and worked in the renowned ART research institute in the Army Hospital, New Delhi. Her process oriented approach complements Dr.Durga's expertise for the complete IVF cycle management and ensures that the couple are well informed and follow the best treatment plan.She holds a MBBS degree and DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Dr. Y S Varalakshmi, Gynaecologist
Dr. Varalakshmi is a renowned expert in the field of Gynaecology and Obstetrics. Oasis immensely benefits from her extensive experience spanning over 14 years. She is passionate about women healthcare and works assiduously towards addressing infertility issues.
Her process oriented approach complements Dr.Durga's expertise for the complete IVF cycle management and ensures that the couple are well informed and follow the best treatment plan
Along with handling high risk cases of Gynaecological issues, she is well-versed in minor procedures such as Pap smear, Cryo-cauterization, Copper T insertions, Hysteroscopy and others. Also, she has assisted in major surgeries like TAH, TLH, Vaginal Hystractomy, Tubal recanalisation etc. Prior to Oasis, her stints included working at prestigious institutions around the world like the Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad; JJ Hospitals, St. Mary's, NHS-United Kingdom and others. She obtained her MBBS and a DGO degree from Osmania and Kakatiya Medical College respectively.
Dr. Shilpi K Reddy, Gynaecologist
Dr. Shilpi is a qualified Obstetrician & Gynaecologist with over 9 years of experience across Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Infertility, Surgical Oncology and General Surgery. From volunteering to work with charity institutions to working at leading hospitals, she has had a diverse work profile.
Her enthusiastic approach and commitment to work translate into wonderful patient experiences. Her pleasing personality and warm approach create a comfortable environment where patients can discuss even the most complex of problems without any inhibitions.
Prior to joining Oasis, she worked as Sonologist, Diabetologist and Consultant Surgeon. She has the experience of managing the Gynaecology Dept. at a 30-bedded hospital. Further, she has also held positions of Senior Registrar & DNB Registrar. That's not all; she even volunteered for National AIDS Control Programme and is a State Award recipient for her work as Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA). In addition to MBBS and DNB degrees, she also holds a PG Diploma in Diabetology.
Zohra Jabeen, Nutritionist
A Post Graduate in Nutrition from Osmania university, Hyderabad, Zohra completed her thesis work under the guidance of well experienced doctors in the prestigious Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
Having gained extensive hands on experience with various organizations in past few years Zohra's key skills include Weight loss, Weight management and Lifestyle management. Zohra stresses on the fact that a Proper Nutrition can help reduce PMS, boost fertility, combat stress, make pregnancy easier, and ease the symptoms of menopause.
